We train naked in nature
We use nude training for all types of training without equipment, such as running, walking, and strength training. It’s your perfect exercise, whether you’re aiming for a naked run, or you’re an elite athlete in need of recovery and mental training.
Although we appreciate nudity, we’re open-minded, so feel free to wear running shoes, a sports bra, or electronics if you prefer.
You can participate at all levels from casual exerciser to elite. Every Olympic athlete should try training naked, as if it were for the original Olympic Games.

By training naked in nature, we achieve a feeling of freedom, naturalness, and connectedness, which strengthens our mental well-being and enhances self-esteem.

We are allowed to be naked
We only train naked under circumstances where it is legal. The feasibility of nakedness may vary depending on national and state laws, as well as local regulations and social norms.
Where possible we use state forests and beaches as well as private property, where the owner has given permission.
We do not want to disturb others
Encountering a person training naked is not a big thing, but albeit legal in places, nudity may still be unusual and can be perceived as disruptive for some. Therefore, we select training locations where nudity is generally accepted or during times, such as early mornings, when few others are around.
If we meet others, we naturally behave friendly and respectfully.
We take consideration of the wildlife, especially when we are active early.
